2006-07 UD Black Manu Ginobili Game-used Jersey Patch 21/100 Scarce Redemption

Have you ever seen this card before? Still in the plastic wrapping that UD sent it in as a redemption. I got this many years ago and have never seen another, though it is 21/100 so there must be some out there. If you are a Ginobili collector, you know this is a hard-to-locate issue. Looks ready to grade inside the wrapper. Not sure how to price but not in a hurry to sell–feel free to shoot some offers and if you have any info on this card, I’d be interested.
