As told from the Certificate of Authenticity, The #99 card in MAXX Race Card first set was originally to be of Dale, but due to time constraints the card was never approved. Honoring Dales wishes, MAXX stopped production of the card and replaced it with a different #99 card. Seven years later and to honor his 7th Championship, Dale and MAXX RACE CARDS have agreed to the release of only 999 of the #99 card.
